Matrices Of species interactioNs Estimated from Time-series

I am thrilled to announce an upcoming project that aims to bridge a major gap in ecological network analysis: a comprehensive, publicly hosted database of inferred interaction matrices.

While open-access repositories based on visits are well established, we are taking a different route by inferring same-trophic-level interaction networks directly from empirical abundance time series using a hierarchical Bayesian inference framework.

To build this, we have scoured the literature, rigorously selecting 46 global datasets based on their statistical power. Our goal is to provide a robust, ready-to-use resource for researching coexistence and community dynamics.

STAY TUNED!
